We will overhaul your existing Karstens and Bahmüller brand cylindrical grinding machine.
The overhaul for Bahmüller and Karstens cylindrical grinding machines includes the following:
1. Housing/full space paneling
new paint in RAL 7035, RAL 7011
new polycarbonate safety screen 10 mm
new bearings for workpiece change door
2. Grinding headstock
complete cleaning and painting
check bearings, grind in plain bearings if necessary, replace if necessary
check and clean the lubrication system
revise the grinding spindle
new coolant hoses, taps and KM nozzles made of aluminum
install new belts
3. Tailstock
complete cleaning and painting
revise the quill
check bearings, grind in plain bearings if necessary, replace if necessary
disassembly and cleaning of the fine adjustment, replace any defective parts if necessary
4. Workpiece headstock
complete cleaning and painting
check bearings, replace if necessary
check and clean the Lubrication system
Revision of the workpiece spindle
Install new belts
5. Hydraulics
Complete cleaning and painting
Storage of the hydraulic motor
