Used Hosokawa Alpine Turboplex ATP 200 air classifier for the perfect end product particle design. Our air classifiers allow you to split the product into two fractions, a fine and a coarse one, when a regular sieve can´t achieve this task due to product fineness or other characteristics. This is handy when you need to dedust the product removing the undesired fine dust or ensure a certain top cut separating the oversize coarse material, allowing you to adjust your product´s particle side distribution (PSD) to the required specification.
This unit is suitable to process many different products for all kind of industries, like minerals, chemicals, etc.
