The saw unit is constructed in a fully solid design from polymer concrete, providing maximum running smoothness and service life for the saw blades. Guidance of the sawing unit is via two vertical square columns (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails. Mechanical saw band tensioning with preloaded carbide saw band guides. Material clamping is performed by two horizontal frame clamping vises. Material feed is via a non-driven roller conveyor integrated into the machine with twelve transport rollers, enabling easy transport of short offcuts.
