The machine is designed for the isobaric filling of beer and is equipped with 77 filling valves, enabling high-throughput production. The filler is configured as a filling and capping block and includes two capping units: one for screw caps and one for crown cork closures. Both capping systems are equipped with 12 capping heads, and the closure sorting systems are integrated on the machine. With a designed line capacity of approximately 33,000 bottles per hour, the machine is suitable for large-scale returnable glass bottling operations. The system supports a wide range of bottle formats typically used in the beer industry. The filler is still installed with energy disconnected, stopped since September 2025, and can be visited on request. The machine has 48,121 operating hours. Regular maintenance was performed (two overhauls per year), with the last overhaul in week 4/2025. No upgrades were made apart from replacing obsolete parts. It is a Krones Mecafill VK2V K126-308 with 96 filling valves and 18 capper heads for crown cork closures. The filler has been continuously upgraded with new technology, including a Siemens S7-300 control system (2009) and a retrofitted Krones capper (2004). It is suitable for beer, cider, soft drinks, cocktails, lemonade, carbonated and still water. The machine is still in production (can be seen on the video) and will be dismantled by the end of September 2025. Spare parts from the warehouse are included.
