The extrudate is fed to the coiler through an ultrasonic sensing dancer system, which monitors the position of the extrudate loop and automatically adjusts the speed of the servo-driven winding spindles. This provides smooth, controlled winding while minimizing tension on the extruded product. The unit is equipped with an automatic cut-and-transfer system, allowing the product to be rapidly transferred from the full reel to a new empty reel without interrupting the coiling process.
