It is ideally suited for descaling, derusting, cleaning, and roughening a wide variety of workpieces. The machine is manufactured to order and can be individually configured according to customer requirements. The HC-1500 features a Y-shaped suspension monorail with two carriers, which enables continuous operation. While one carrier is in the shot blasting process, the second can already be loaded or unloaded. The machine is equipped with three high-performance ABR-400 shot blasting turbines, which are arranged at different angles. This ensures uniform and thorough cleaning of complex workpiece geometries. The internal surfaces of the shot blasting chamber are lined with highly wear-resistant manganese steel in the active shot blasting area. Other areas are protected by wear-resistant rubber, which also reduces noise levels. A closed shot blasting media circuit with a collection hopper, screw conveyor, bucket elevator, air separator, and dosing system ensures reliable and economical operation.
