Thermal Cutting Units:
This Ficep Flex FRC 1201 profile notching system is equipped for thermal cutting using oxy-fuel and/or plasma. A Hypertherm HYPERFORMANCE PLASMA HPR 260 XD plasma power source, suitable for material thicknesses up to 32 mm, is used. Thicker materials or phase cuts larger than 32 mm are cut using the oxy-fuel cutting unit.
Conveyor System:
On the infeed side, in front of the Ficep Flex FRC notching system, there is a chain-driven cross conveyor with a length of 11,150 mm. The profiles (components) can be conveyed in both directions.
