The machine is suitable for volumetric filling of not carbonated liquids (low viscosity up to high viscosity) for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry. Procedure: The ALWID KRONE-D is a semi automatic machine. The operator places the bottles on the height-adjustable worktable manually and presses the START switch at each filling valve. That way, also single bottles can be filled. As soon as the START switch has been activated, the filling valve moves down and opens. The bottle is filled. Then the filling valve closes and automatically moves up, when the adjusted volume has been reached. Now the filled bottle can be machine can be used for several different liquids, bottle shapes and bottle sizes without requiring additional format parts. As the construction is solid and clear, the format change only needs a short time. The filling volume is easily and quickly adjustable by changeable volume-adjustment rods. Immersed filling is possible, when foaming products are to be filled. The machine is movable.
