Condition: used, operating hours: 11,000 h, Used Bottling Line SIDEL for still water 14400 bph
The Used Bottling Line SIDEL for still water 14400 bph delivers a complete solution for bottling still water in PET containers. The line handles 0.50-liter, 0.75-liter, and 1.5-liter bottles, offering flexibility for beverage producers. The Used Bottling Line SIDEL operates at a nominal capacity of 14,400 bottles per hour, making it ideal for medium to high-volume production environments. As a result, technical teams can integrate this system into existing plants or install it as a standalone unit to achieve consistent, high-throughput output.
Core Unit of the Used Bottling Line SIDEL: COMBIBLOCK SIDEL 8-40-8
In this Used Bottling Line SIDEL we find the COMBIBLOCK SIDEL 8-40-8, manufactured in 2006, performs blow molding, filling, and capping in a single integrated unit. First, the SBO 8 blow molder forms PET bottles from preforms using 8 cavities, supporting all three bottle formats.
Next, the COMBI UNIVERSAL EUROPA WM filler uses 40 volumetric filling valves to deliver precise product dosing and minimize waste during production. Because the system uses volumetric filling, it provides consistent accuracy, especially for low-viscosity products such as still water.
Itjdpsv U Ni Sefx Apyeh
Then, the capping unit applies caps using 8 heads on bottles with 25 to 30 mm neck diameters. In addition, operators can perform quick format changes and maintain compatibility with industry-standard closures.
Secondary Packaging: CERMEX Tray Packer in the Used Bottling Line SIDEL
Following the filling and capping process, the CERMEX tray packer, installed in 2007, arranges and packs bottles in pre-defined tray configurations. It forms the following bundles:
1.5-liter bottles in a 2×3 configuration
0.75-liter bottles in a 4×3 configuration
0.50-liter bottles in a 4×3 configuration
Consequently, the unit ensures consistent secondary packaging and supports downstream palletizing operations. Moreover, the machine maintains uniformity across batches and eliminates manual packing variability. Therefore, it significantly increases line efficiency.
Compressed Air Supply: High and Low-Pressure Compressors
The line includes two compressors that support the blow molding and cooling systems. Specifically, the SIAD TEMPO 2 high-pressure compressor delivers 1,500 m³/h and supplies compressed air to the SBO 8 blow molder.
In contrast, the BAC F-100 low-pressure compressor, manufactured by Baltimore Aircoil in 2006, supports the evaporative cooling process. Together, these compressors maintain optimal conditions for both product quality and mechanical performance.
Bottle Conveying System: SIDEL Conveyors
The SIDEL conveyors, installed in 2006, transfer bottles between stations smoothly and efficiently. As a result, the conveyors synchronize movements across modules and prevent accumulation or blockages.

Condition: used, operating hours: 40,000 h, Krones Contifeed Preform Feeder
Itjdpjvgvl Rsfx Apyeh
The Krones Contifeed preform feeder is designed for the precise and efficient feeding of PET preforms into the blow molding machine. It operates using a roller sorter system that gently handles preforms of various sizes, ensuring they are properly aligned before entering the blow molder. The Contifeed system offers quick and infinitely variable adjustments, allowing it to accommodate different preform types and sizes with minimal manual intervention. The system is available in three different lengths to match the output of the blow molding machine and includes options for automatic adjustment, making it highly flexible and adaptable to different production requirements. The design also includes features like automatic troubleshooting and easy access for maintenance, ensuring high operational efficiency.
Krones Preform Check Inspector
The Krones Preform Check Inspector is a sophisticated, inline inspection system designed to ensure the quality and integrity of PET preforms before they enter the blow molding process. Recognizing that the quality of the final bottle is heavily dependent on the condition of the preform, this system plays a critical role in maintaining high production standards and reducing waste in bottling operations.
The Preform Check Inspector utilizes advanced vision technology, incorporating high-resolution cameras and specialized lighting to conduct a comprehensive analysis of each preform. As preforms pass through the inspection station, they are subjected to multiple checks that assess various quality parameters. These include detecting surface defects such as scratches, dents, or contaminants, as well as identifying dimensional inaccuracies like ovality or variations in wall thickness.
One of the key features of the Preform Check Inspector is its ability to perform 360-degree inspections. This is achieved by rotating each preform in front of stationary cameras, allowing for a complete examination of the entire surface area. This comprehensive approach ensures that even minute defects, which could compromise the integrity of the final bottle, are reliably detected.
The system is also equipped with specialized software algorithms that analyze the captured images in real-time. These algorithms are calibrated to distinguish between acceptable variations and actual defects, minimizing false rejects and ensuring that only preforms that truly fail to meet quality standards are removed from the production line. This precision contributes to optimal material utilization and cost efficiency.
Integration with the overall production line is seamless, as the Preform Check Inspector can communicate with upstream and downstream equipment to synchronize operations. In the event of detecting a defective preform, the system can trigger reject mechanisms to remove the faulty item without interrupting the flow of production. Additionally, the system’s data logging capabilities allow for tracking defect rates and identifying patterns, which can be invaluable for quality control and process improvement initiatives.

Iedpfx Aew Imp Hjpyoth
Bottling Process and Core Machinery
At the start of the line, empty bottles are automatically fed into the system via a depalletizer. This equipment gently lifts and transfers the bottles onto the feeding table while maintaining their integrity. Bottles are then directed to the tribloc system, where three key operations are performed in sequence: rinsing, filling, and capping.
The isobaric filling technology ensures precise fill levels and consistent carbonation retention for sparkling wines, while also being perfectly suited for still wine bottling. The filling valves are designed to minimise oxygen pickup, which is crucial for preserving the wine’s sensory qualities and shelf life. The rinser operates with clean water or a sanitising solution, ensuring bottles are free from contaminants prior to filling. The capping turret, currently configured for still wine closures, applies either BVS screw caps or traditional corks, depending on the selected format.
A dosing unit for gum arabic is integrated into the line. This system allows for precise addition of stabilising agents post-filling, which helps maintain wine clarity and prevent precipitation during storage. A dedicated steam generator (vapouriser) is included for both line sanitisation and, when required, pre-heating applications.
Prior to filling, a microfiltration unit is positioned to ensure that the product entering the tribloc meets the desired microbiological standards. This step is essential for ensuring product stability and quality without the need for excessive chemical preservatives.
Downstream, bottles are transferred to the labelling station. While the labelling unit is supplied by a third-party manufacturer, it is elect...

PET bottles crusher
BOREMA Umwelttechnik AGR-1200F
Call
Year of construction: 2013, condition: used, We offer you a used PET bottle crusher of the manufacturer BOREMA, type R-1200 F, year of construction 2013, for residual emptying, deaeration and pre-compaction of the fed PET bottles, from 0.3 up to 2.5 l content. The machine has a chassis and can be moved into and out of the feed chute of your baler. The machine has a throughput capacity of approx. 85,000 bottles/h, corresponding to approx. 3t/h.
We have the following technical information:
Manufacturer: BOREMA Umwelttecjhnik AG
Type: R-1200 F (with trolley for retracting and extending)
Year of manufacture: 2013
Drive power: 11 kW
Connected load: 15 kW
Rated current: 32 A
Back-up fuse: 40 A
Type of construction: Continuous system
Function: Double rotor press system
Rotor pretension pneumatic: approx. 16t
Overload protection: by anti-blocking system
Input material: PET disposable and returnable empty bottles 0.3 to 2.5 L capacity
Input material: HDPE bottles and canisters up to 3 l capacity
Throughput capacity: approx. 3 t/hour, corresponding to approx. 85,000 bottles/hour, depending on size
Required compressed air output: G1/2", 8 bar, 40 l/min.
Compression ratio: 1:3
Flange dimensions inside: 972 x 1220 mm
Feed opening: 565 x 1280mm
Weight: approx. 2500kg
Possible applications:
Due to the chassis, the PET flattener can be moved into the feed chute of your baler as required, thus ensuring residual emptying, venting and pre-compaction of the fed bottles and canisters. When the material is changed, the PET flattener is simply moved out of the feed chute again and paper, cardboard, film, etc. can now be pressed further without using the flattener.
Process of the BOREMA PET crusher:
The plastic packages are drawn in by two rotating shafts. One of the rotating shafts is pneumatically pretensioned by two air bellows and presses the PET bottles with 16 t of pressure against the second rotating shaft. In the process, the closed plastic bottle is squeezed together, caused to burst and vented. Residual liquids run out and the material falls into the baler in a precompressed state. When impurities are introduced, the pneumatically pre-tensioned shaft deflects to the side and the impurities are channeled through.
Significant advantages compared to conventional PET perforators with punching mandrels or knives:
The BOREMA process is much more efficient and less subject to wear than conventional PET perforators with punching mandrels or knives. The biggest advantage is that any foreign matter such as metal parts, stones, bottles with frozen contents and pieces of wood are passed through the pneumatically deflecting rotor shaft without stopping the operation of the system or causing any major damage. With conventional perforators, mandrels or blades sometimes break off or become so jammed with the interfering material that the plant has to be shut down and repaired at great expense.
Itodpfsu Thpnox Apysh
Comments:
The crusher is in good condition, was dismantled from the running operation, stored, is available at short notice and after assembly immediately ready for use. The documentation (manual, CE, electrical/hydraulic circuit diagram) is complete. An inspection is possible by arrangement. The technical information is taken from sales brochures, the operating instructions or other information provided by the manufacturer. We accept no liability for incomplete or incorrect data and informations.

General line data
This used bottling line SIDEL for still water in PET bottles 25200 bph processes up to 25200 bottles per hour. Specifically, it uses 30/25 neck-type bottles, which match standard formats across the industry. SIDEL equipped the line with a SB014 blow molder featuring 14 cavities. Furthermore, the filling and capping monoblock includes 40 filling valves and 10 capping heads, making it suitable for still products.
Main installed machines
The line includes, among other components, an AF high-pressure compressor (model CE46A) and a Fusheng low-pressure compressor (model SA110A). In addition, a BAC cooling tower manages process temperatures effectively. The SIDEL SB014 blow molder, which includes a hopper, feeder, and dust remover, connects directly to the SIDEL SFGL40/10 filling machine. Consequently, the line maintains efficiency across all stages.
Labeling and packaging
SIDEL integrated a Rollquattro labeler that applies roll-fed wraparound labels with precision. Moreover, a shrink-wrapper creates stable multi-pack bundles using plastic film. The VANTA WSD-B350 carton packer, built in 2011, handles up to 35 cartons per minute. Likewise, a palletizer automates the end-of-line phase, thereby preparing products for shipment.
Conveying system and internal logistics
The conveying system uses SIDEL-built conveyors throughout the process. Accordingly, the line ensures uninterrupted flow from the blow molder to the palletizer. Thanks to this automation, the system reduces manual intervention and improves consistency. In contrast to fragmented setups, this configuration enhances operational control and reduces downtime.
