Condition: used, Year of construction: 1975, functionality: fully functional, overall weight: 10,000 kg, total length: 2,745 mm, total width: 2,360 mm, total height: 2,700 mm, type of cooling: air, BBC BROWN BOVERI (nowadays ABB) – Pouromat, pouring furnace, type XCQ 44 TECHNICAL DATA - crucible capacity: 4.4t - tilting furnace - inductor 120kW - inductor voltage 380/425V - 2 operating modes: preheating, heating mode 1 - pouring rate: 1-20kg/s - dimensions:  height: approx. 2700mm  length: 2745mm  width: 2360mm - weight: approx. 10,000kg - furnace equipped with a bottom-pour stopper - average inductor lifespan: 12 weeks - average bottom-pour stopper lifespan: 1 week - average crucible lifespan: 4 – 6 months - furnace equipped with an additional device used to modify the liquid metal with ferrosilicon CONSTRUCTION The pouring furnace consists of four basic groups: - First group – longitudinal travel (orbit motor) - Second group – transverse travel, including the bottom-pour stopper - Third group – inductor with a power of 120 kW, voltage 380 V 50Hz, whose main task is to heat the liquid metal. The inductor is constantly air-cooled during operation. - Fourth group – switchboard with a built-in transformer, contactors and control station. Tjdjzfyu Aepfx Af Aoc POURING PROCESS The pouring process proceeds as follows: DISAMATIC 2032 A displays the molds on the conveyor in the correct position. The correct position means that the open pouring basin in the mold is located in a position compatible with the bottom-pour stopper at the bottom of the crucible. If the desired position is achieved, the operator manually (by means of a lever) lifts the bottom-pour stopper in order to fill the mold, until the liquid metal is visible in the outflow. The speed of pouring the molds can be adjusted depending on the diameter of the ceramic block and the orientation of the bottom-pour stopper towards the ceramic block. CERAMICS The manufacturer, BBC, recommends using a two-layer firebrick lining, where one layer is permanent, but the second is expendable. The permanent lining consists of an insulating layer, which is a lightweight burned stone, and a sillimanite layer. The expendable layer consists of a corundum material, meaning a concrete with a high clay content (94%). Both parts are connected together by means of a special cement. The crucible inductor is located in a lining of Al₂O₃ or MgO and SiO₂, depending on the requirements. The material used to seal the bottom-pour stopper has the quality of chamotte with different clay content. The inductor is assembled to the pouring furnace by means of screws and a sealing compound with the proper plasticity and heat resistance. The entire device consists of three stopper rod sleeves, a bot, and a ceramic block, where the bot and stopper rod sleeves are connected together. The bottom-pour stopper is seated on a threaded bar. The bottom-pour stopper is continuously air-cooled. Recommended air pressure: 6 atm. CERAMICS LIFESPAN 1. crucible: approx. 4 – 6 months 2. inductor: approx. 12 weeks The lifespan of the ceramics depends on many factors. The most important are: production frequency, pouring temperature, cleanliness of the liquid metal, and alloy type. The lifespan of the upper cover and rotating cover is much longer because these parts have no direct contact with the liquid metal. PRICE *44,100 EUR *disassembly of the furnace, transportation costs, and assembly at the customer's location are paid by the Buyer; the price includes additional equipment: - additional (replaceable) inductors (without induction coil): 2 pcs.

Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2007, We offer the STORK TOWNSEND BBC-1500 W Back Bone Cutter, an automatic machine for the precise separation of spare ribs from the split backbone. This is an efficient solution for meat processing plants that want to increase yield, improve cut quality, and reduce the risk of bone splinters. The BBC1500W ensures a clean cut, higher yield compared to traditional band saws, and high-quality finished products. The machine is designed to process pork, veal, and beef backbones of various sizes. Thanks to the manually adjustable feed mechanism and the feed roller system, the backbone is guided stably to the horizontal band saw, allowing for cutting very close to the backbone and yielding more valuable product. An additional advantage is the thin, high-speed cutting band, which makes clean cuts without contaminating the meat with bone fragments or splinters. The BBC1500W is a safe and user-friendly machine; it features a fully enclosed saw, ensuring low noise levels, low maintenance costs, simple assembly and disassembly, and easy cleaning. These are important advantages for facilities that require reliable operation and quick hygiene maintenance in daily production. The machine’s average output is 1,200–1,350 pieces per hour, with a maximum of approximately 1,500 pieces per hour. The cut ribs can then be conveyed to a receiving belt for packaging or further processing. It is also possible to produce other products, such as button ribs and pork bone-in loin. Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2009, functionality: fully functional, STORK TOWNSEND BBC1500W | Spine cutter (splitter / carcass saw) Manufacturer: Stork Townsend B.V. Model / Type: BBC1500W Serial number: C36E589 Year of manufacture: 2009 Power supply: 400 V / 50 Hz / 3 phases Rated power: 1.5 kW Overall dimensions: 2100 x 1300 x 1500 mm Machine weight: 250 kg Tsdpfx Afoy Umm Tj Ajc The Stork Townsend BBC1500W is a professional, automatic spine cutter, a highly specialized processing machine designed for high-volume slaughter lines and meat processing plants. This device plays a crucial role in processing pork carcasses (particularly bellies and middle pieces) and in the processing of large poultry (turkeys, geese), where the precise removal or scoring of the spine and dorsal ribs determines the classification and final commercial value of the meat cuts. The machine's mechanism is based on the automatic centering of the product within the working area. The product is fed along dedicated guides, which stabilize the carcass immediately before contact with the cutting disc, which has an optimally selected tooth profile. Thanks to a 1.5 kW drive, the device guarantees a clean, perfectly even cut without bone splinters or tearing of adjacent muscles (such as pork loin or tenderloin). The use of a mechanical cutter eliminates the heavy, dangerous, and inconsistent manual work previously performed with cleaver saws or manual splitters.
