Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2012, The FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine is an automatic forming machine from the FORMAX brand (Provisur Technologies), designed for producing burgers, patties, and other formed products from meat, poultry, and non-meat ingredients. The set consists of the forming machine and a conveyor that receives the finished products, and includes a wide selection of round and oval molds from 45 to 200 g as well as spare parts. How does the FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine work? Raw material goes into the hopper, from where a feed screw carries it to the forming system. A high-speed mold plate fills the molds with the mass and gives the products the set shape and weight, and a pneumatic knock-out system places the finished portions on the conveyor. Changing the product range means swapping the mold, which allows quick changeovers between round and oval burgers of different diameters and weights. The machine is operated from a simple pushbutton panel. Key advantages of the FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine The compact construction and quick mold changes make the forming machine well suited to plants that produce different products in short runs. High repeatability of burger weight and shape results in uniform quality and easier portioning and packing. The set with a conveyor receiving the finished products allows the forming machine to be connected straight to subsequent stages of the line, such as breading, freezing, or packaging. The wide choice of molds supplied, from 45 to 200 g, and the included spare parts reduce downtime and make it possible to start production immediately. Technical specifications of the FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine Manufacturer: FORMAX Model: F-6 Power supply: 14 kVA, 380 V, 3 phases, 50 Hz Capacity: approx. 450 kg/h Hopper capacity: approx. 136 kg Ksdpfx Ajz Rw Shsnuenc Included: spare parts Dimensions of the whole set: 5000 x 800 x H: 1770 mm Forming machine dimensions: 2700 x 800 x H: 1770 mm Conveyor dimensions: 2040 x 560 x H: 1200 mm Available molds (dimensions and weight) Round molds: 90 mm (45 g) 90 mm (50 g) 105 mm (80 g) 127 mm (120 g, 150 g, 200 g) 130 mm (190 g) Oval molds: 125 x 107 mm (90 g) 142 x 119 mm (approx. 150 g) 156 x 132 mm (180 g, 200 g) Application of the FORMAX F-6 burger forming machine The FORMAX F-6 forming machine is used in meat and poultry processing plants for producing beef and poultry burgers, patties, formed minced meat, and nuggets. It also works well for non-meat products and in small and medium plants that need a flexible, compact forming machine.

Condition: good (used), Year of construction: 2010, functionality: fully functional, overall weight: 100 kg, input voltage: 220 V, The EasyFormer RAS 12.35 is an intelligent beading machine with AutoTeach, which learns from you and thus delivers repeatably accurate beads and flanges. Three operating modes – manual, learning, and automatic – shorten your setup time and provide consistent results from single parts to series production. Using the 7" touch control panel, you can save up to 20 standard programs, including roller set, stop plate, stop position, and tube diameter. For non-rotating beads, the rollers reach their turning point with high precision, either forward or backward; the continuous or incremental feed of the upper roller delivers top results with both thin and thick sheets. With a 63 mm roller center distance, a 255 mm overhang, and a capacity of up to 1.75 mm (400 N/mm²), you can cover a wide range of applications. Two speed ranges give you full control: a fast range of 0–28 m/min up to a sheet thickness of 1.25 mm, as well as an adjustable range of 0–x m/min for sensitive or more forceful forming. You control the stepless speed with soft start using a foot switch, and the mm/inch switch simplifies international measurements. The unique UnLock safety function opens the upper roller in a flash – even in the event of an electrical overload; in addition, a mechanical release is available as an emergency backup. The sensitive adjustment of the lower shaft is carried out centrally via a lever and scale with a clamping mechanism, and new employees can quickly become productive thanks to the short training time.
