Armor Inox Thermix Cook Chill System Operates using Thermix patented modular cooking and chilling process. It works by immersion with continuous circulation of water and recycling of hot, cold and chilled fluids. Assures best heat transfer and temperature control. 16 tonne system comprising 16 x 2 x 500 litre cook tanks, water storage tanks, panels, valves, pipework etc. Additional pipework, control system and valves would be needed if this was to be re-installed as some has been used already.
