Flexographic printing press

MPS EF330-6

MPS EF330-6 UV flexographic label printing press, year 2008, machine no. H345, with approx. 30 million metres.
The press was previously used for aluminium lid stock printing in Switzerland.

- BST Powerscope web inspection
- Vetaphone corona treater
- Double-sided Teknek web cleaner
- Automatic servo register
- Rotary die-cutting station + Kocher & Beck GapMaster
- FST edge trimming with two crush knives
- 6 anilox rollers
- 7 magnetic cylinders + 42 print cylinders mady by Spilker, covering repeats from 8" to 13.25"

The machine has a documented service and maintenance history, including the original MPS installation documentation, GEW UV servicing, Bosch Rexroth servo maintenance and BST web-guide upgrade.

Current condition:
The press is operational and can be inspected under power.
The Cool Master process chiller currently requires repair and is not in service.
The GapMaster requires re-synchronisation following replacement of a support cylinder bearing. There is no known mechanical defect; adjustment requires the appropriate setup gauge.
