Condition: new, The AMIS twin-shaft shredder is equipped with a CNC-manufactured, heavy-duty grinding chamber that is fully bolted for easy maintenance. Both the machine housing and the bearings are protected by wear rings and plates. The geared motors drive the two hexagonal working shafts, which can be fitted with various interchangeable cutting discs. The two working shafts are mounted in large-sized SKF spherical roller bearings with lifetime lubrication. Optionally, an automatic, battery-powered continuous lubrication system for the main bearings can be installed. Special features The change of wear plates and scrapers does not require disassembly of the machine housing. Thanks to the horizontally split bearing plates, the rotors including the bearings can be inserted or removed from above in a very short time. This allows for quick and easy rotor changes with different cutting tools. The size of the grinding chamber can be modified with relatively little effort due to the bolted housing design. Motor configuration, gearbox size, installation position, and rotor speed can all be adjusted as required. Technical Data Cutting chamber: 600 x 1200 mm Number of cutting discs: 60 (made of Hardox) Cutting disc width: 19 mm Maximum cutting disc diameter: 295 mm Scrapers: 2 Drive power: 2x 15 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz Nedpfx Aioyr Tlporslh Weight: 2,800 kg Electrical control The machine is operated via a modern Siemens S 7/1200 controller featuring an advanced 7-inch touchscreen display. Condition: new, In every economic and public sector calculation, waste transportation is a critical factor. Here, it is not so much the weight but rather the volume that matters. The continuously rising transport costs for this waste are becoming an increasing economic issue. Proper disposal of large quantities of polystyrene or packaging film is particularly important in the retail sector. The VOLUME REDUCER ensures a volume reduction of up to 80 percent at this point. Bottles of any type and size, e.g., sparkling wine bottles, can be shredded effortlessly without the need for a compression mechanism. It is also possible to unpack expired food products. Furthermore, reject items such as pharmaceuticals, data carriers, or counterfeit products can be rendered unusable. Food residues and organic waste, including bones, can be shredded, collected, and converted into electricity and heat in biogas plants using the VR60. Consider, for example, a reverse vending machine for deposit bottles. PET bottles are compressed and held under lock and key until collection due to the presence of a barcode. Nljdpfeyr I H Ujx Airoh By using the VOLUME REDUCER, the barcodes on PET bottles could be made unrecognizable, thereby achieving significant volume reduction. The shredded bottles could then be collected in a large container, eliminating the need for daily collection at return points. The shredder's vertically moving, wear-free blades ensure a quiet and clog-free operation. ALL ADVANTAGES AT A GLANCE - Non-rotating shredder - No material entanglement thanks to non-rotating blades - Automatic feed through blade movement - Automatic reversing V-shaped blades prevent jamming or blockage - Fast component change thanks to modular system - Intelligent control via compact logic system (PLC) - One-button operation - Optional material discharge via conveyor belt - Shredder module can be integrated into existing systems - Low blade wear and maintenance costs due to highly abrasion-resistant steel with a nominal hardness of 600 HBW VR60 IN DETAIL - Dimensions: 90 cm x 70 cm x 85 cm - Weight: approx. 190 kg - Power consumption: 3 kW - Connection value: 400 V three-phase alternating current
