The actual microwave chamber consists of a 3 mm stainless steel sheet and has switch cabinet segments permanently mounted on the long side in which the high-frequency components are installed behind mechanically and electrically secured covers. The roller conveyor system for transporting the pallet within the system is manufactured in microwave-encapsulated form. The microwave system is equipped with a total of 32 magnetrons, which emit energy directly into the chamber interior. This technology guarantees an even distribution of energy within the chamber. The magnetrons can only be switched on when the door is closed and pressed down. The sealing system at the door opening prevents microwave leakage radiation.
