The maximum output is 120 cycles/minute. Product feeding is performed via a conveyor belt while simultaneously inserting the product into a center-folded film through a forming shoulder.
The infeed conveyor can be easily adjusted for different product widths. The film tube containing the wrapped, aligned products is completely sealed on the side via a side sealing unit.
After the product is wrapped with film, transverse sealing is carried out by a continuously heated, follow-along sealing system. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units is manually adjustable. The remaining film scrap is taken up by a film winder.
