Condition: used, Year of construction: 2009, functionality: unexamined, Complete Scholz OHT system with rapid closure The system consists of: - The OHT autoclave with rapid closure - The preheater located above - Condensers 1 and 2 - The heat exchanger - The transfer pump - The control cabinet - The connecting pipeline with fittings The vessel consists of a pressure- and vacuum-resistant shell with connection flanges and sockets. Rails made from L-profiles are installed in the base of the vessel to allow loading with transfer carts. A suction profile is integrated into the vessel floor, which retains coarse contaminants inside the vessel. This prevents them from entering the preheater. The OHT autoclave system is equipped with a SCHOLZ rapid closure for loading. The system's rapid closure is operated as follows: - Safety locking device, manual - Lid rotation mechanism, hydraulic - Door hinge, hydraulic The technical data sheet for each component is attached. The Autoclave was electrically refurbished in 2021. It is certified for use in the aviation and aerospace sectors.
