This has Variable Speed Belt and PLC Connection to Gas System for Timing and Temperature Regulation. All automated and capable of maintaining High Infeed Dough Quantity, Post Cook Outfeed Perforated Belt with 6 Fans Array for increased drying of product, Belt can be varied in speed to suit requirement, Belt terminates into Cassette Tray Filler. Fills to required weights of 9kg (this is variable) further Array of Fans below Tray Drying Line to further dry the products. Machine capable at highest rate 600kg per hour of Finished Products, Waste Quantity when set up correctly yields less than 0.5%.
