Condition: used, The set on offer is a complete MAREL SmartLine Grader weighing and sorting system in Dual Lane configuration, featuring two independent belts, each served by its own row of sorting output bins on the side of the machine, allowing for higher throughput than a single-lane configuration. The set additionally includes 2 infeed conveyors, model INF-PROL 031-02, 2 dynamic weighing stations (Dynamic Weighing Unit, model DWU, year 2014, range 250 g–6 kg), and 2 sorting stations (target batcher). The system is designed mainly for fish products but works well with most other food products too. How does the MAREL SmartLine Grader Dual Lane system work? Product is fed onto the line via two infeed conveyors, model INF-PROL 031-02, which deliver raw material to the weighing stations in a steady, controlled manner. Each of the two dynamic weighing stations (DWU) measures the weight of individual product pieces within a range of 250 g to 6 kg, passing the data to the control system. Based on the measured weight and programmed sorting criteria, the two sorting stations (target batcher) direct the product to the appropriate output bins, enabling precise batching to a target weight with minimal giveaway. The open, hygienic IP69K-rated construction allows for fast disassembly and pressure washdown, while an intuitive touchscreen panel provides ongoing monitoring and control of the sorting process. Key advantages of the MAREL SmartLine Grader Dual Lane system The Dual Lane configuration, with two independent belts and separate rows of sorting output bins, handles significantly higher production volumes than single-lane systems while maintaining high sorting precision. The doubled set of infeed conveyors, weighing stations, and sorting stations allows for two independent lines to run in parallel or for doubled throughput on a single process. The high weighing accuracy of the DWU stations minimizes product giveaway, translating directly into raw material savings across overall production. The hygienic, open-frame IP69K-rated construction, together with fast disassembly and reassembly, makes it easier to maintain the high cleanliness standards required in the food industry, while integration with MAREL software provides real-time production insight and batch traceability. Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2022, operating hours: 5,098 h, Baader 581 Pro Filleting Machine The BAADER 581 Pro is one of the latest innovations in the filleting section from BAADER. It represents probably the most powerful and advanced filleting machine in the world. These in-depth studies resulted in the development of the BAADER 581 Pro’s most innovative optional feature: the dynamic back knife. The optional dynamic back knife offers outstanding possibilities for increasing the yield of the fillet and makes BAADER 581 Pro a yield winner. Depending on the fish's anatomy, the knives are automatically adapting to the upper back area of every single salmonid leaving as little flesh on the frame as a hand filleter would. Very narrow in the tail section but opening up to the wider backbones in the neck area. The result changes the common understanding of yield expectations for machine filleting. The new layout of the BAADER 581 Pro has a 20% smaller footprint compared to its predecessor by streamlining the housing. The recently designed housing also reduces processing noise for a quieter production atmosphere. It features individual fish measurement, offering operational flexibility for a wide range of fish species and different kinds of conditions. Condition: excellent (used), functionality: fully functional, The FDS 3000-1 Trio is an automatic fish skinning machine designed for the gentle skinning of soft, trimmed whitefish fillets and fish portions of uneven thickness. This brand’s machine has been used for years in fish processing plants around the world as a proven solution where high yield and minimal damage to the raw material are essential. Technical Specifications Manufacturer: TRIO Model: FDS 3000-1 Capacity: 40–120 fillets/min (depending on fillet size) Skinning depth: 0–10 mm Feeding method: manual Skinning method: freezing the fillet on a chilled drum; operates without stretching the skin or flesh Supported species: including hake, pollock, blue whiting, and whitefish of varying thicknesses How does the Trio FDS 3000-1 skinning machine work? The operating principle of the FDS 3000-1 is based on a unique method of “freezing” the fillet on a chilled drum. The fillet is manually fed onto the surface of the rotating drum, where—thanks to the low temperature, the force of gravity, and light pressure—it is stabilized in a flat position without compressing or excessively straining the tissue. Only in this position does the knife remove the skin, leaving as much valuable meat as possible. This method allows for shallow, controlled skinning—with a cutting depth ranging from 0 to 10 mm—which results in less discoloration, fewer skin residues on the fillet, and higher end-product yield compared to the brand’s traditional, older models. Key Advantages of the Trio FDS 3000-1 The FDS 3000-1 skinner is particularly effective when the raw material is delicate or has uneven thickness—the gentle skinning method on a cold drum reduces the risk of fillet damage and preserves its structure even when processing thawed, previously frozen products. The machine’s capacity, ranging from 40 to 120 fillets per minute depending on the size of the raw material, allows the operating speed to be adjusted to the characteristics of a specific production line. The machine’s design ensures stable, consistent skinning quality regardless of the fillet’s shape and thickness, which reduces the need for manual adjustments and speeds up subsequent processing stages. The simple, manual method of feeding fillets means that operating the machine does not require extensive staff training. Godpfx Apozlhiho Djbu Applications and supported fish species The Trio FDS 3000-1 is used for skinning soft white fish fillets and portions of uneven thickness, including previously frozen and thawed raw material. The machine is well-suited for processing species such as hake, pollock, blue whiting, and other white fish that require gentle handling during processing. Thanks to its flexibility in skinning depth, the FDS 3000-1 is suitable both for producing fillets intended for further processing (e.g., breading, freezing, smoking) and for production lines focused on maximizing the yield of high-value raw material. At BMG Trade, we specialize in the sale of machinery for the food industry, including professional fish-processing equipment such as Trio skinning machines. If you are looking for a Trio FDS 3000-1 skinning machine—whether new or a proven, used machine in good working condition—please contact us. We will help you select the right model for your product range and production scale, and we will also advise you on transportation, service, and commissioning the machine at your facility.
