Mini pilot plant for margarine, shortening, puff pastry, and other products that require mixing and cooling. A complete mini laboratory plant for research and development.

Including:
2 tanks, 5 liters each, for water and fat-phase ingredients.
1 buffer tank, 20 liters.
High-pressure pump, up to 75 bar.
3 crystallization cylinders, named A1 + A2 + A3.
2 pin mixers, named C75 + C150.
1 rework melter, C heat.
1 resting tube, named B200.
