With durable soft or hard brushes, it can polish or peel raw produce efficiently. The machine features a sleek, rust-resistant stainless-steel design, high cleaning volume, low energy consumption, and user-friendly, continuous operation. Its long-lasting nylon cord brush rollers ensure durability and wear resistance. CONVEYOR AND KNIFE PEELING MACHINE CKP500 The Potato Washing and Peeling Machine with Washing Elevator is designed to streamline potato processing in production lines. The washing elevator lifts and soaks the potatoes, softening and cleaning the surface soil. Once ready, it automatically feeds them into the peeler, where the potatoes are efficiently washed and peeled. This automated process ensures continuous operation, reduces manual work, and prepares potatoes quickly for the next stage of production. Soaking Elevator SO2400-S The Prewashing Machine SO2400-S with Elevator is a durable, industrial solution for efficiently pre-cleaning root vegetables like potatoes. It streamlines the first washing stage and uses an integrated elevator to automatically transfer cleaned potatoes to the next step, saving time, reducing handling, and minimizing the risk of bruising or contamination. SORTING CONVEYOR VST2700 The sorting and conveying machine handles materials after cutting and peeling, with two-sided stations for manual inspection. Workers can remove any pieces with unclean skin for reprocessing. Built from durable 304 stainless steel, it resists impact and corrosion, and its adjustable speed allows the conveyor to be tailored for different materials.

Condition: ready for operation (used), Now available! Complete dumpling/knödel production line In very good condition. Njdpfjx H Sapsx Airjwn Production line capacity: 1,200 kg per hour For further specifications of this line, please see attachments. The line can be inspected in Stavenhagen, Germany. The installation is still fully operational and connected to power, making live demonstrations possible. The line is complete and starts with the storage of potato flakes. These are subsequently mixed in the correct ratio. The system can also process other raw materials, such as bread dough or alternative ingredients – for which an additional big bag station is available. After mixing, the product is weighed and further blended before being conveyed to the Rheon forming machines. The Rheon machines form the product; if desired, an internal filling can also be applied. The product is then transferred to the breading drum and subsequently to the spiral freezer, where the exterior is hardened to guarantee good packability. After freezing, the product is weighed by a multihead weigher and packed in doypack pouches. It then passes through the pasteurization tunnel, ensuring a longer shelf life. The packaging is subsequently dried with an air blower. Finally, a weight and metal detection check is carried out before the products are automatically packed into cartons via a repacking machine. The boxes are then automatically palletized, after which the products are ready for transport. Multiple photos available (please contact us for further information).
