Such number of forming stages makes it possible to ensure smooth sheet changes during rolling, as well as high quality of the final product. As a blank, you can use a strip of required width and length, to prepare it with pre-cut on other equipment – sheet metal slitting machine or guillotine shear. After roll forming, to make fence picket end look better, you can use special cutting press of our production. The working tools of such press have special round configuration and are the same as semi-round metal picket shape to make appropriate cutting. Those tools are made from special tool steel, and goes through process of hardening so ensure high requirements for the cutting tools of the equipment.
