This consists of the following components: - Stainless steel mash/lauter tun for mashing, mashing and draining the mash. Separate control of the thermo-oil-heated frame and bottom heating. The double-walled container is encased in insulating cladding and has a polished inner surface. The motor mounted on the top drives the chopper and agitator with infinitely variable speed control. A multi-part perforated false bottom is provided for lautering and a rectangular manhole on the side for sparging. In addition, the vessel is equipped with a hinged lid, CIP spray head, temperature probe and spray unit. - Stainless steel wort pan/whirlpool. The container is double-walled and has welded heating zones in the frame and bottom, which are heated with thermal oil.
