With adjustable speeds for the turntable and film carriage, as well as a power stretch unit adjustable via potentiometer, you can adapt the automated wrapping process perfectly to your product. Automatic recognition of your pallets (via photocell) is just as much a matter of course as adjustable head and foot wrapping. Programs are available for "up only" wrapping, "up & down" (cross wrapping) and "rainproof" wrapping. If required, the winder can also be controlled manually. If the winder needs to be moved to a different location, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift using the integrated cut-outs. Options: In addition to a suitable drive-on ramp and a photocell for detecting dark packaged goods or black film, the wrapping height of the KVK 3 Automatic (up to 3200 mm) can also be varied as an option.
