Ideal for digital printers, commercial printers and in-plant finishing departments, the DBM-120 can produce booklets at speeds of up to 2,400 booklets per hour. The system can process sets of up to 20 sheets of 80gsm, producing booklets of up to 80 pages, while the integrated DBM-120T fore-edge trimmer removes the open edge after folding to give each booklet a clean, professional finish. Key Features ✅ Approx. 217,000 booklet count ✅ Stitch, fold and trim in one production process ✅ DBM-120T automatic fore-edge trimmer ✅ Purpose-built operator stand for easier hand feeding ✅ Up to 2,400 booklets per hour ✅ Produces booklets up to 80 pages / 20 sheets of 80gsm ✅ Automatic setup for quick job changes ✅ 10 preset and 3 custom programmes ✅ Saddle stitching, side stitching, corner stitching and fold-only operation ✅ Automatic adjustment according to set thickness ✅ Fine adjustment of staple, fold and trim positions ✅ Twin staple heads ✅ 5,000 staple capacity per head ✅ Can be operated standalone or inline with compatible Duplo collators Ideal for Standalone Digital Print Production One of the advantages of this particular DBM-120 is the addition of its purpose-built stand. This makes the system particularly well suited to short and medium-run digital booklet production, without requiring a separate collating tower. Simply print and collate the sets digitally, hand feed them into the DBM-120 and the system takes care of the stitching, folding and fore-edge trimming. Dedpfx Ajz D H Nheizjcp Simple Automatic Setup The DBM-120 has been designed for straightforward operation and fast job changes. Professional Booklet Finishing The DBM-120 automatically stitches and folds each set to produce a consistent, securely finished booklet. The connected DBM-120T Trimmer automatically trims the fore edge of the booklet as it exits the booklet maker, removing the uneven edge created during folding and providing a clean, professional finished product.
