Description

The DC 600 gear shaping machine is the ideal solution for producing large-scale internal and external straight spur gears, thanks to its extended capacity and robust structure. The CNC-controlled automatic cutter positioning feature allows for rapid setup and reduced cycle times by limiting the total cutter stroke to the minimum required. The zero center distance between the workpiece table axis and the cutter spindle axis allows for the processing of a wide range of workpiece diameters, from medium-large to small. It adapts perfectly to both diversified and dedicated production, including robot automation for unmanned operation.
