The production line has the following units:
1) two-stage filtering of the poured raw materials through coarse and fine sifting sieves
First, the raw materials are sifted through a sieve with eyes of 5 mm in diameter.
At this stage, foreign impurities and hardened particles over 5 mm are separated.
After that, the raw materials are sifted through a second sieve with eyes of 0,2 mm.
In this way, all foreign particles over 0,2 mm are completely separated from the raw materials.
2) mixing of components into a homogeneous blends
The mixing process in a horizontally located mixer is very gentle.
The blended ingredients remain undamaged and retain their structure, which is very important for the products of instant category.
3) dosing of finished products into bags
The line is equipped with a dispenser, which is technologically connected to automatic scales.
It allows to select and set the desired volume of the packed product. Standard packaging options are bags of 20-25 kg net.
4) suction of excess air
An integrated vacuum unit helps to suck out of the filled bags an excess air.
The product becomes denser, less airy, and when stacking the bags on the pallets, the entire structure becomes more stable.
And this is very important for the safety of the cargo during transportation.
5) heat-sealing of the inner poly liner
The line is equipped with a heat-sealing unit (BTH BV), which helps to seal the inner poly liner. Sealing the liner ensures its tightness, which helps to prevent the moisture penetration into the finished product. Since the powder is very hygroscopic product, its reliable protection from moisture is very important for preserving the quality of the manufactured products.
6) sewing of paper bags with/without crepe paper
The line also has an integrated sewing unit (sewing head - Fischbein SA) for closing of the paper bags.
For more reliable tightness of the packaging, a crepe paper tape in the same colour as the bag may be used additionally.
The line is equipped with 3 bunkers with a capacity of 1mt each:
1) raw material blending bunker
2) product settling bunker after blending
3) finished product bunker
The line has a high production efficiency and very easy maintaining and operation.
