The travelling gantry of the X axis is driven via a rack with inclined, crowned tooth form - This guarantees
highest precision.
The reduction gear ensures highest machining quality and repeat accuracy.
The bearing is provided by means of encapsulated recirculating-ball shoes running on hardened and ground linear guides.
- Guide system Y axis:
The bearing is provided by means of encapsulated recirculating-ball shoes running on hardened and ground linear guides. The Y axis is positioned by means of a ground recirculating ball screw.
- Guide system Z axis:
The bearing is provided by means of encapsulated recirculating-ball shoes running on hardened and ground linear guides. The Z axis is positioned by means of a ground recirculating ball screw.
- Automatic central lubrication:
The grease is delivered in a controlled manner to the guide carriages of the X, Y and Z axes as well as to the recirculating ball screws in Y and Z.
The lubrication process is carried out automatically after a specified time.
