Description of fully automated dryer
Major overhauling made by mid 2025
• The housing of the dryer is welded steel construction. The internal floor is made of
perfored sheet board. The dryer has an external casing (walls and
ceiling) in sandwich panel.
• The dryer is driven by hydraulic power pack.
• The dryer is equipped with “Ziehl Abegg”, MAXvent axial fans. It's propeller blades
are made out of light casted material. One of the most energy efficient product on
the market.
Hot air generator is equipped with two “Geo Coil’’ heat exchangers. (fully functional but has bent fins)
• The control system is equipped with a touch display for operation and visualization
of the Dryer. Remote control via PC possible. Incl. web server on the panel for the
visualization of drying processes via Ethernet interface.
• Working mode according to air exit temperature. The rotational speed of the fans
automatically adjusted by the frequency converters so that a desired air temperature
level is maintained. Includes pressure measuring devices and extension of control

• Dryer’s heat carrier temperature approx. 85°C flow temperature and approx. 65°C
return temperature. Heat carrier flow defined as 176m³/h
