Meat processing machine

LASKA WW 130-2

The LASKA WW 130-2 is an industrial meat grinder from the LASKA brand.. With a 130 mm throat diameter and 15 kW of power, the machine is designed for efficient raw material grinding in medium and large meat and food processing plants.
How does the LASKA WW 130-2 meat grinder work?

Raw material is loaded into the hopper, from where a screw feeds it to the cutting set consisting of a knife and perforated plates. The rotating knife cuts successive layers of material forced through the plate holes, producing uniform grinding at the required coarseness. The degree of grinding depends on the perforated plate used, and the cutting set can be quickly disassembled for cleaning and replacement of parts.
Key advantages of the LASKA WW 130-2 meat grinder

The large 130 mm throat diameter and 15 kW drive power allow continuous, efficient work with large batches of raw material, which suits high-volume plants. Solid industrial construction ensures a long service life, and the simple working system makes operation, cleaning, and maintenance easier.

The IP 55 protection class stated on the nameplate means the electrical system is protected against dust and water jets, which is important in environments where equipment is regularly washed down.
