WINTER WIB-200

Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, functionality: fully functional, CORMAK DC3000 Cyclone Dust Collector – Advanced Sawdust and Dust Extraction System The CORMAK DC3000 is an advanced cyclone dust extraction system designed for intensive dust collection processes in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, and metalworking industries. Thanks to its modern cyclone separator, powerful centrifugal sawdust fan, and dual filtration system, the unit efficiently removes both coarse and fine dust particles from the air. The DC3000 sawdust extractor is equipped with an automatic filter cleaning system, ensuring consistent performance and reduced maintenance requirements. Key advantages Automatic filter cleaning system – maintains constant extraction efficiency and reduces downtime. Cyclone separator – effectively separates larger dust particles before they reach the main filter. High-performance centrifugal fan – provides strong suction with low operating noise. Dual filtration system – suitable for both dry and damp sawdust applications. Compact and mobile design – equipped with a durable metal waste container for convenient operation. Precision sealing system – airtight connections ensure high vacuum performance. Construction and technology The CORMAK DC3000 is equipped with a powerful 3 kW three-phase motor (400 V) operating at 2,800 rpm. The centrifugal fan generates high vacuum pressure, enabling efficient extraction even from multiple suction points. An integrated pressure gauge allows real-time monitoring of filter condition and system performance. The cyclone separator reduces the load on the main filter by removing heavier particles before filtration, extending filter life and improving overall efficiency. Precision and performance The cyclone separation system effectively removes larger contaminants, significantly reducing filter clogging. With an extraction capacity of up to 7,000 m³/h, the DC3000 provides efficient operation in multi-point extraction systems and high-dust environments. The combination of two collection containers and four transport wheels improves functionality, mobility, and ease of operation in industrial environments. Applications The CORMAK DC3000 dust extraction system is suitable for: woodworking plants and sawmills furniture manufacturing and flooring industries workshops processing soft metals building material warehouses with high dust levels Standard equipment Automatic filter shaker system Pressure gauge Dual filtration system (pre-filter and main filter) Metal container under the cyclone separator Transport wheels Optional equipment Additional suction outlets with different diameters Pipe distribution systems for workshop-wide extraction networks Protective filter covers Technical specifications Parameter Value Hjdpfxewwtz Ns Aahju Extraction capacity 2,000 – 7,000 m³/h Noise level 75 dB Fan speed 2,800 rpm Suction connections 3 × Ø100 mm / 1 × Ø200 mm Number of containers 2 Motor power 3 kW / 400 V Dimensions (L × W × H) 1300 × 1000 × 2200 mm Weight 219 kg
