Description

The machining is carried out using the interpolation method using a triangular cutting plate. Creating the best possible surface while reducing cutting resistance by over 300 times. Start-up includes assembling the computer, leveling the machine and checking the prepared installations.

OPERATION TRAINING:
The training includes creating programs and operating the machine controllers.
REPAIR:
All repairs of electronic and mechanical damage using original Newen parts. Service requests can be sent to the contact located on the newen.pl website.
PERIODIC INSPECTION:
General inspection of the machine's function and condition.
Checking the spindle axis geometry.
Checking the correct functioning of the spindle and any necessary correction.
Checking the alignment of the pilot and any necessary correction.
Checking the pilot mounting system.
Replacing the air filter in the electrical box.
Checking, cleaning and lubricating the spindle head carriage.
Checking the oil level and any necessary refilling.

The modernization includes replacing the motors, electronics and control with the latest version currently manufactured by Newen.
