Condition: ready for operation (used), Year of construction: 2018, functionality: fully functional, machine/vehicle number: TAM-164, compressed air connection: 6 bar, input voltage: 400 V, total width: 1,880 mm, total length: 8,200 mm, total height: 1,950 mm, type of input current: three-phase, input current: 32 A, warranty duration: 3 months, pneumatic connection: 12 bar, power of the servo motor: 14,000 W, Equipment: CE marking, documentation/manual, type plate available, Used automatic KELLER Tampo master pad printing machine, designed for decorating pens and cylindrical parts. The machine enables 3-colour printing. The machine operates in fully automatic mode: the operator loads the parts into the feeder, and after completion of the process, the finished parts are automatically unloaded into a carton. The equipment includes a servo-driven chain conveyor, automatic part loading and unloading modules, a positioning station, an ionizer, three independent pad printing modules with an automatic pad cleaning system, hot-air drying between the individual printing stations, an IR drying tunnel after completion of the printing process, and a vision inspection system for print quality with automatic rejection of defective parts. Adjustable conveyor prisms and pneumatic rotary modules allow the machine settings to be adapted to different part dimensions. The machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC and a 10″ HMI touchscreen, allowing recipes and process parameters to be managed. The machine is also equipped with a remote communication module. The production process starts with the automatic transfer of the part from the feeder onto the conveyor. The ionizer neutralizes electrostatic charges on the surface of the part before printing. The part is then positioned and transferred successively to three pad printing stations. Each station applies one colour, with hot-air drying between the individual printing stages. After completion of the three-colour printing process, the part passes through the IR drying tunnel and is then subjected to automatic vision inspection. Finished parts are automatically unloaded into a carton, while parts with detected defects are diverted to a separate container. Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2007, functionality: fully functional, We are offering for sale a professional, manual screen printing machine, the M&R Chameleon 10-color / 4-station model, manufactured in 2007. Blsdpfxjy E Ay Ds Aktjp This is a legendary model, recognized as the most precise and stable carousel in the world. The machine is in very good technical and visual condition and is ready for immediate use in a professional printing shop. Key parameters and advantages: • Configuration: 10 colors / 4 stations (allows for printing very complex designs on a small surface). • Duo-Deck™ system: A unique two-level design that allows for handling 10 colors while maintaining compact dimensions. • Side clamps: Provide extreme screen stability and eliminate vibrations during printing. • Pneumatics (Air Locks): A pneumatic locking system that enables quick setting and replacement of frames without the use of tools. • Micro-adjustment: Precise adjustment in three axes, which maintains parameters even during very long production runs. • Origin: M&R brand – a guarantee of parts availability and service. The machine is ideally suited for high-quality "high-end" printing, creating samples for automated systems, or as a main machine in a boutique printing shop that prioritizes quality. Included is a dryer in very good condition, as well as Newman squeegees in addition to the standard squeegees. These squeegees represent the highest quality of accessories for manual screen printing. Used, functional, and clean profiles. The blades are in good condition. They were used infrequently. The main advantage is that they minimize hand fatigue because they require minimal squeegee pressure and angle adjustment. Furthermore, they do not require sharpening; the blade is replaced. An ideal set for someone opening a printing shop or wanting to replace old squeegees with a professional system.
