Prepared for Automation A powerful sawing machine concept places high demands on material handling. The high-performance bandsaw automatons of the HBM series are often configured as automated sawing centers. Therefore, the machines are already equipped in the basic version to connect extensive peripherals. Servo Feed System The saw feed is carried out by means of a ball screw and a servo motor. This results in significantly shorter idle times and more precise feed rates. Your advantage: higher cutting performance and longer band life! Sensitive Behringer Cutting Pressure Control increases the cutting performance when sawing tubes and profiles, as it automatically adjusts the saw feed of the industrial saw to the changing material cross-sections. Due to its arrangement directly at the back of the saw band, the system regulates quickly and precisely. Optimal Chip Removal The highest cutting performance of the industrial saw places high demands on chip removal. The wide, funnel-shaped machine stand allows for free chip flow into the underlying chip conveyor with an integrated coolant tank. The discharge height of 800 mm or optionally 1,200 mm allows the use of large chip containers. Economical Use of Carbide Saw Bands due to the robust design of the industrial saw, the use of the latest servo technology, and well-planned chip removal. Precise Guide System in Portal Design The combination of a stable, low-vibration saw frame and the linear guide system in portal design ensures the best cutting results and maximum service life of the bandsaw. Band-Guiding Parts Made of Gray Cast Iron are made by Behringer and ensure vibration damping directly at the cutting interface, thereby increasing the tool life. Automatic Guide Arm Adjustment This means that the metal bandsaw offers optimal sawing results without adjustment effort - even with frequently changing material widths.
