The pallet legs (logs) are fed automatically on a chain conveyor belt, then the upper elements are positioned in the molds by the operator.
It moves to the first nailing machine where the upper part of the pallet is assembled. It is automatically rotated 180 degrees and prepared for the assembly of the lower part of the pallet in the second nailing machine.
The corner chamfering, longitudinal milling and stamping of the pallet are then automatically performed.
The newly formed pallet enters the automatic stacking installation with 90 degree rotation and turning function.
NOTE : Line is instaled in 2025 and make 100 hours ! New line just put into operation!
