The pallets were used as a machine interface and as a carrier for large workpiece clamping devices. These are not simple clamping plates, but precisely manufactured changeable pallets with indexing, pallet clamping, and integrated pneumatic transfer.
Each pallet has a clamping surface of 1,250 × 1,250 mm and a weight of approximately 1,500 kg. The top surfaces have different, customer-specific hole patterns.
The pallets are equipped on the underside with two mounted and aligned indexing rings each. The clamping slots have hardened strips as running and contact surfaces. In addition, each pallet has a pneumatic connection with one line.
