This machine is a compact edgebander for straight workpieces, featuring application rollers for hot-melt adhesive on the workpiece edges. The end-cutting unit—which uses a single saw blade to cut both the leading and trailing edges—and the roll cut-off mechanism are controlled electro-pneumatically.

The high-frequency (HF) motors for the end-cutting, trimming, and corner-rounding units are powered by an electronic frequency converter.

The pressure required to bond the edge material to the workpiece is generated by spring-loaded rollers in the machine table.
