It is used in wheel refurbishment, especially for wheels with complex designs. Wheel etching, i.e. cleaning residues using a chemical bath, is a process that removes all paint layers from the wheel surface. This machine holds approximately 800 liters of liquid and is equipped with a temperature and bath time control system. Additionally, an oil jacket is used to ensure an even temperature distribution inside the tank. This solution allows chemicals from almost any manufacturer to be used, even at eighty degrees Celsius. It features a winch: an integrated lifting and lowering mechanism for the load basket, allowing wheels to be placed inside without the need for external devices—making it a fully autonomous workshop solution. Felgen Cleaner is equipped with: - control panel - agitator - heating elements - drain valve - lid - tank - winch Technical specifications: Power supply: 400/230V 50Hz Overall dimensions (W x D x H): 2200/1050/2300 mm Tank dimensions (W x D x H): 1490/750/750 mm Bsdpfsxm Twysx Abpelp Basket dimensions (W x D x H): 1275/615/155 mm Basket load capacity: 150 kg Programmable cycle time: 0-99 min Tank capacity: 800 L Washing temperature: 90 °C Heater power: 3 x 4 kW

Price is based on the value of the jacketed tank. With some adjustments this tank can be heated with an external heating. The vat comes with a lot of cable. Some of these cables are damaged. The control cabinet used to be "built in" a wall. The vat comes with a manual and parts-list.
