The time settings for the washing, draining (optionally drying and steam extraction) phases are set via the “PROCESS TIMER”. Optionally, for heavy loads, a conveyor belt (MIU / AIU) can be installed to transport the parts into the cleaning booth. The lifting door is closed, the machine is started and the washing pump displaces the cleaning liquid onto the objects to be cleaned via the rotary spray systems. The rotation of the upper and lower spray pipe is activated by the reaction force of the reaction nozzle located at one of the ends of the spray pipe. The rotation speed can be adjusted with a screw in the reaction nozzle. Optionally, the rotation of the upper spray pipe can be motorized and the spray pipes can be equipped with nozzles. After the washing time has elapsed, there is a short dripping time in which the used cleaning liquid is returned to the washing tank via the filter baskets.
