Year of construction: 2024, condition: new, The pasteurizer is suitable for heat treating liquid, low-viscosity food products. The device is designed in accordance with food hygiene requirements. The heat treatment is carried out via a heat exchanger equipped with a stainless steel tube coil. The thermal energy is provided by a heating oil boiler. The temperature of the heating water is regulated by the boiler control. The temperature control of the treated liquid is achieved by a controlled switching valve. Temperature is monitored at two points: once in the heating medium and once at the product outlet. The device regulates the temperature of the heating medium automatically. Operation is fully automated. If the temperature of the juice to be pasteurized falls below the desired temperature, the output of the device is blocked and the juice circulates in the bypass system until the temperature reaches the set level. After that, the device allows filling again. After work is finished, the tube coil can be cleaned very easily using a sponge ball system. The device requires only minimal maintenance. Condition: new, Year of construction: 2026, Thanks to the adaptive heat exchanger pump, the Pastomaster HE features intelligent technology that ensures the highest possible quality. It significantly micronizes the fat globules in the mixture to a fineness of 2-5 microns, creating a creamier ice cream base. The one-piece heat exchanger ensures maximum hygiene, even when using raw milk. Technical specifications: Rode Agpu Nopfx Airoch * Stainless steel construction * Motor speed for whipping: 7 levels * Capacity: Min: 15 L / Max: 60 L * Condenser: Water condenser * Power: 7kW / 50 Hz / 400V * Dimensions: 350 x 900 x 1050 mm (W x D x H) * Weight: 165 kg The Pastomaster HE ensures significant water savings, up to 30%, compared to pasteurizers in the RTX line. The machine is equipped with the patented “Adaptive” technology that manages the mix. The exchanger pump ensures high micronization of the fat globules to achieve creamy and stable gelato; the monolithic bowl ensures maximum hygiene even when using raw milk, while the new conveyor design allows the machine to handle mixes with different viscosities. Minimum filling levels can be handled without the risk of burning the mix, thanks to the unique “dry” bain-marie system.

Year of construction: 2026, condition: new, Diesel/gas pasteurizer 500 heats up the liquid before the filling process. The liquid comes into the tubular spiral which is surrounded by hot water. The heat from the water heats up the liquid and eliminates the bacteria. One of our highest machinery achievements is our energy-saving solution integrated into our pasteurizers. It saves the heating energy up to 15-20 % and results in incredibly low heating costs. Calculations show that it costs up to 2 Euro Cents to pasteurize 1 liter of liquid. Capacity per hour – 400-600 L of 80 ºC (176 °F) heated juice. - The pasteurizer is suitable to heat various liquids, including viscous liquids: juice, puree, wine, broth, milk and other. - The maximum heating temperature of diesel pasteurizer is 90 ºC (194 °F). - Our pasteurizers are equipped with highest quality German diesel and gas burners GIERSCH. - The heating power is 53 kW. - Pasteurizers’ heating chambers are covered with special heat-insulating paint which preserves high temperature for a longer time and increases heating capacity. - Diesel/gas pasteurizer has a digital thermostat which provides an automatic water temperature control. - Automatic regulation of juice temperature ensures an easy way to change the filling temperature on digital display. - The pasteurizer is fast and easy to clean. It can be washed by CIP cleaning together with our Bag in Box fillers. - Machine can use diesel or gas on client’s request. - The boiler has an integrated spiral. This provides saving of space and also prevention of heat loss when pumping the water into external heat exchanger. As a result, this technology saves the heating energy up to 15-20%. - Diesel/gas pasteurizer has pivoting wheels. - Diesel/gas pasteurizers work in perfect synergy with our Bag in Box fillers. They have a special connection between them which prevents liquid from overflowing and ensures easy work. Rcsdpfeflrk Iex Airsh

Removable side guards. • Gravity-fed milk flow: provides stable flow and smooth regulation. The milk or juice is fed or pumped into an intermediate container at a height of 4 meters and flows from there to the bottling station. • A pump supplies this container at the elevated height. It also ensures effective cleaning through intense detergent circulation. • Manual control by the operator at the bottling station with alarms for "too fast" filling (incomplete pasteurization) or "too slow" filling (product overheated): the operator can then slow down or speed up the bottling process. • No contact with air: Hygienic and precise processing! • Only 2.2 kW of electricity to pasteurize more than 120 liters per hour (700 liters per day). Automatic control of the water bath temperature with a setpoint between 70 and 92°C (from thermization at 65°C to "cooking" for yogurt at 85°C). • The basic pasteurizer consists of: 1. a heat exchanger between the incoming (cold) milk (or juice) and the pasteurized milk (or juice) (72°C), 2. a heating tank (2.2kW, temperature adjustable to 5°C above the pasteurization setpoint) in which a coil is immersed, through which the liquid exiting the heat exchanger circulates, 3. a well-insulated holding tube where the milk/juice is kept for 15 seconds at the pasteurization temperature, 4. a temperature controller to illuminate a light if the liquid is too cold and another if the liquid is too hot, 5. a tube leading to the elevated inlet container, tubes connecting all components, one or two tubes with a Mohr clamp for manual filling of bottles (optional bottling unit) or jars (one at a time), 6. a drain valve at the lowest point (after pasteurization and holding, and before returning to the heat exchanger): allows the circuit to be emptied down to the last drop of pasteurized product. 2. Transfer pump with controls: • Prevents the need to transport milk or juice by pumping it from where it is located (tank on a trailer, refrigerated tank, receiving tank, container, etc.) to the inlet tank of the pasteurizer on the upper floor. Rodpfx Aezg Dlbjiroch • Automatic pause when the inlet tank of the pasteurizer is full (conductivity probes). Automatic restart when the level drops. • Performance between 8 and 25 liters per minute (depending on the height difference). • Also ensures powerful cleaning of the entire pasteurization circuit. • Food-grade design and materials. • Electrical consumption of 400 W. • Option: 200µm basket filter for wort, juices, and herbal extracts with moderate alcohol content. 3. Option: "Manual gravity-fed bottling unit with automatic stop, 180 liters per hour": twice the throughput with less work!

Year of construction: 2026, condition: new, Specifications: Rodpfx Aiefdz Dkjrsch - Power: 500 L / h (when heated from 20 ° C to 80 ° C) - Electricity requirement: 48 kW, 400 V - Material quality: WNr. 1.4301, AISI 304 Stainless steel - Size: 750x1950x1170mm - Weight: 350 kg (without fuel) - Heating medium: water (soft) - IP65 certified electronics - Connectors: DN25 Hollander - with level indicator Temperature control is done at 2 points in the heating medium and once at the outlet of the product. The machine automatically controls the heating medium temperature. It is fully automatic. If the temperature of the juice to be pasteurized falls below the desired temperature, the output side of the machine is disabled and the juice circulates in the by-pass system until the temperature reaches the set level. The machine then starts charging again. At the end of the work, the tube spiral can be cleaned very easily with the help of a sponge ball. It requires minimal maintenance.
